Electrifying Earth and Beyond
Founded in 2006 by Dr Jiang Fan to produce specialist cells for the U.S. Army, American Lithium Energy’s near 20-year’s history of relentless R&D has established it as the technology leader in battery safety, energy density and cycle life.
Our core business:
-
Battery Cells. U.S.-based manufacturer producing cells for the world's most demanding missions – including space, military, and electric flight. Today, ALE is expanding its U.S. capacity to meet exploding domestic demand.
-
Custom Solutions. Our expert engineering team collaborates closely with clients to design custom cells which meet their unique form factor and performance needs.
-
Testing. Cutting-edge battery testing-as-a-service, designed to deliver precise performance insights and accelerate your time to market.
-
Patents. We have established an impressive technology portfolio of over 100 patents which enhance the safety and performance of our batteries.
Milestones
Since our founding in 2006, we've shunned gimmicky manufacturing processes and fancy lab results to focus on what really matters — delivering exceptional real-world performance.
From soldiers on the battlefield to satellites in space, critical applications demand the world's safest and lightest batteries that can perform reliably under the toughest conditions.
Along the way we’ve cultivated a robust patent portfolio and deep expertise in custom battery design and megawatt-scale manufacturing.
